We want you to be completely satisfied with your DF64 coffee grinder; however, if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. Please ensure all original packaging and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare the Grinder

    Thoroughly clean the burrs and hopper to remove all coffee residue, then pack the unit securely in its original double-walled box with all protective foam inserts.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the grinder's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
